Dr. Kristen Lee, an internationally-recognized, award-winning behavioral science expert and clinician, knows exactly what it takes to thrive in a world where our resilience is constantly put to the test, and change is the only constant.

Her debut book, RESET: Make the Most of Your Stress: Your 24-7 Plan for Well-Being, uses years of research, clinical practice and the latest brain science to offer an innovative approach to navigating stress. Next Generation Indie Book Awards named RESET the Motivational Book of 2015 Winner and a Finalist in the Self-Help and Health and Wellness categories.

Her most recent book, Mentalligence: A New Psychology of Thinking, helps us apply behavioral science to change the ways in which we think about success. By emphasizing an impact-driven philosophy over a performance-obsessed mindset, Mentalligence helps us develop the behavioral and mental agility to prevent burnout and promote sustainability.
