As the Chief Media & eCommerce Officer at Mondelēz International, he created some of the first marketing programs across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Paramount Films, ABC, NBC and Fox, among others, and fostered partnerships with startups like Instagram, Foursquare and Buzzfeed. Bonin transformed how brands are communicated across all media and developed an innovative approach to investing close to two billion dollars of media globally.
Bonin has been responsible for some of the most successful organization transformations, and the rapid growth of beloved billion-dollar brands like Oreo, Cadbury's, Pepsi, Gatorade and Frito-Lay. As founder and Chief Growth Officer of Bonin Ventures, Bonin currently focuses on taking big business expertise and applying it to a diverse portfolio of innovative start-up companies.
